Merchant information

What is a Merchant?

A Merchant is a seller who uses our Merchant License to offer and sell Tablehammer’s digital 3D models as physical prints on demand.

Merchants are fully responsible for:

  • Producing and 3D-printing models
  • Packaging and shipping
  • Customer support and refunds
  • Product quality and compliance with local laws

Tablehammer only provides the license. We are not involved in fulfillment, sales, or customer relationships.

How to Become a Merchant

Option 1: Subscription-Based Merchants

  • Subscribe to the “Lord of War” tier on Patreon or MyMiniFactory (Tribes).
  • As long as your subscription is active, the Merchant License is valid.
  • All models offered for sale must still be purchased separately.
  • Merchants receive a 50% discount on the entire MyMiniFactory catalog.

Option 2: Campaign-Based Merchants

  • Join our crowdfunding campaigns (e.g. Kickstarter).
  • Some campaigns include Merchant Licenses with fixed durations.
  • For the duration of the license, the included models may be sold under Merchant terms.

Restrictions – Never Allowed

  • Selling digital files of any kind
  • Selling retail or wholesale products (boxed sets, distribution, B2B sales)
  • Reselling or sharing the Merchant License itself
  • Sharing Patreon/MMF STL files with others
  • Using proxy accounts (third-party subscriptions) to bypass license requirements
  • Misrepresenting yourself as Tablehammer (Merchants may say “Official Tablehammer Merchant” but may not present themselves as Tablehammer)
  • Offering unlicensed bundles or reselling STLs

Only physical, on-demand 3D prints are allowed.

License Revocation

Tablehammer reserves the right to revoke a Merchant License at any time, without prior notice or explanation.

Merchants operate as independent businesses.

  • Tablehammer is not responsible for product quality, delivery, or customer satisfaction.
  • Merchants must handle taxes, business registrations, and all legal obligations in their country of operation.
  • By becoming a Merchant, you accept these terms.

  • Creating derivative works for commercial purposes without prior written approval

§4 Merchant Obligations

The Merchant must:

  • Ensure high-quality production and customer service
  • Comply with all applicable laws in their country of operation (including tax obligations, consumer protection, and product safety)
